EISP is an international school, established in 1987, and offers the opportunity for students to be educated bilingually in English and Italian, with English being the main language of communication.
The school has two purpose-built buildings to cater to students ranging from 18 months to 18 years of age. The building on Via Forcellini 164 hosts Middle and High school students, while the building on Via Forcellini 168 is for Nursery/Infant and Primary children.
EISP premises
We have two fully equipped gyms for sports activities such as gymnastics and basketball, as well as outdoor areas that include a football field, an extensive green area offering the possibility to cater to other sports such as cricket and rounders, an outdoor synthetic pitch for football and volleyball, and an athletics track. Swimming lessons are offered off-site during school hours for selected year groups.
Our IT labs and Science labs (biology, chemistry, physics) are equipped with tablets, computers, and an internal Wi-Fi network. The classrooms feature projectors, Smart TVs, and Interactive Whiteboards (IWBs), and we have designated spaces for teaching music and art. We have a soft playroom and Theatre Room dedicated to the Nursery/Infant age range to enable the school to offer play-based activities to the Nursery/infant age range.
The school boasts four libraries and a reading room with a vast selection of books in English and Italian.
Our two in-house canteens prepare daily meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients , which are planned in collaboration with a nutritionist from SIAN (ULSS). Upon request, accompanied by a medical certificate, we provide alternative menus for students with allergies, food intolerances, or specific dietary requirements.
