Parents wishing to enrol their child at EISP must follow the admission procedure outlined below:
Information Request
Introductory Meeting with the Head of School and School Tour
Schedule a meeting with the appropriate Head of School, either in person or via Google Meet. International families are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office at least one week before they arrive in Padua to ensure availability.
Entrance Exams
Entrance exams are required ONLY for students in Grades 3 through 11. These exams will be usually conducted at EISP. If a family is unable to come to Padua, the exams may be supervised by a teacher or proctor from the student's current school under specific conditions.
Evaluation of the Admission Application
The Admissions Board will review the application and communicate the results via email, along with an enrolment proposal, within 10 working days.
Signing the Contract and Finalising Enrolment
Upon acceptance, the family must sign the contract and pay the enrolment fee to complete the enrolment process.
Important Notes:
- Students are placed in a specific school year based on their birth year (from January 1st to December 31st).
- Steps 3 and 4 apply only from Year 3 onward. They are not required for enrolment in the Nursery/Infant School, Reception, and Years 1 and 2.
-
Enrolment will be formalised only upon receipt of the following documentation:
- School contract
- Birth certificate/identity document/passport of the student
- Passports/identity documents of the parents
- Passport-sized photo of the student
- Medical certificate for the student/Self-certification (with medical conditions/allergies or food intolerances)
- Receipt of bank transfer for enrolment
- Admission to an advanced class depends on the directives of the Ministry of Education – see the dedicated section .
- During the enrolment process, the family needs to provide all information regarding the student’s linguistic, social, and emotional development, as well as any other relevant details about health or family dynamics. This information is crucial for accurately assessing the student's integration and ensuring that the school has the necessary resources to support them. If such information emerges only after enrolment, the school reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
