Our Erasmus students at the EISP had a lovely time showing our Scottish and Austrian visitors around our school, local area and Venice. In school, the students completed a number of activities throughout their stay including: Ice breaker games, Volleyball, dodgeball, charades in the language department , a Venetian mask making workshop and Italian language lessons. On Friday afternoon our students conducted a walking tour of Padova, taking our visitors to some of the city's main tourist attractions such as the Basilica of Sant Antonio, Prato della Valle and Caffe Pedrocchi. We finished the evening in Pizzeria Da Pino where the students chatted whilst eating their well-earned pizza. On Saturday, we went to Venice to see the main sites such as Ponde Rialto and St Mark's Square. The students enjoyed walking around the historical centre and learning about Venice's rich history and culture.
