What a colourful, rich and exciting event the children participated in during our Diwali & festivals of Light week, celebrated during the Autumn term. We had an amazing parent visitor who shared a wonderful story and traditions from her family with us, the children were able to extend this into their learning activities within the classroom, and one child shared the henna patterns she had inked onto her hands after attending a wedding ceremony during her recent visit to India.
